Maybe not soon, but possibly eventually. This is an obvious scam, but it's impact is is relatively small compared to the larger scams with many more investors. The greater the number of reports to the SEC with authentic information, the more likely the SEC is to take eventually take action. If investigators evaluate the history of the repetitive false press releases, it should be a no-brainer to suspend this stock. Sadly, because it is a low-key stock with an obvious long-term history of not delivering on its claims, it may not get the attention it deserves from regulators without a significant number of complaints. It is exactly the kind of microcap stock about which the SEC warns and its lack of performance is obvious. People who fall for this scam are not listening to the SEC's warnings.
