What has big pharma contributed lately?

Well, judging from the ads I see on TV, lots of antidepressants that can cause thoughts of suicide. I didn't realize there was a market for antidepressants that can cause thoughts of suicide, but apparently there is, given the variety of competing drugs for this purpose.
