Pro, a very interesting theory. Unfortunately, it's impossible to quantify, unless polling was done. ALL the premium may be a byproduct of Tiger, and Tiger alone. Some or all the premium may be do to the potential of the science. Some, related to the quality of management. Again, impossible to know.
