OK...So if the company's sincere, which I do believe to be the case, they do have a way of getting the info. That's good news

I'd tend to think they'll communicate through the website, email, to keep those interested abreast of the situation

I assume they have the list of shareholder of record. I mean how else are they gonna know how many shares they have issued or traded. Is it hard to get the individual shareholder of record from the cede? I know that the cede are holding all tradable shares or unrestricted shares. no? Certificate is pretty much obsolete, the reason for the OTC market being created. Electronic trading platform without certs.
