I think some can't bear to face the reality of what has happened to them...right in front of their eyes. I feel sorry for them. Yes, they were warned but I was "taken" by this company at one time and I have compassion for them to some degree.
WNBD and Eric will survive just fine if he plays the R/S card...his 10 year plan can be extended indefinitely...and although WNBD lost Lorne and Patricia a long time back I'm sure Eric and his lady friend are still trying to sell product as best they can.
What some remaining s/h's don't seem capable of grasping is that without ANY relevant shareholder value created and WNBD now appearing to be on the verge of implementing a R/S in order to restart the dilution machine all over again on a new crop of shareholders is that ALL the while money bleeds with no relevant increases in valuation metrics being created their investment here over the years is a loss and it's about to get even further diluted in the post-split era if Eric does in fact implement the dreaded R/S.
