You guys are funny. You really think management and directors buy shares randomly, putting their hard earned money up, just to create an illusion so the price will increase. I just don't buy that argument and never will. They have no reason to pick up shares unless they believe they will make money. Anytime this many insiders buy a stock is a GREAT sign of what's to come.
