pn.... I believe you will find that "incorporation" in any state requires the entity to engage in lawful business....

the specific requirements may be very broad in some states....Delaware most noteably or restrictive in others insofar as the charter is quite specific....

but, the point is that the corporate entity is formed within the framework of "doing business".....and, doing business is not the purpose of a family.....

When individuals create goods/services for exchange, it both by barter and for sale...

Examples would be services such as electical, plumbing, car repair, carpentry, etc...

Goods would be Produce, carpentry, and just general barter or private sale/exchange, Yard Sales...etc..

It is becomeing more common these days...Just check Ebay!!!
