We provide lables to R-pac...wrong

KMAG has licensed its technology to r-pac. At no point does KMAG make or supply tags for r-pac.

r-pac a Chinese company makes the tags, and ships to the customer (Walmart etc).

r-pac then pays KMAG a 1-3% royalty on sales depending on sale volume to the customer .

Reid pockets close to 100% of the royalty r-pac pays. Accrued value to stockholders $0.00.
