What does allegedly dumping by Steve have to do with PNCH Market Makers exchanging shares?

Are PNCH Market Makers covering? If So what does Steve have to do with this? Unless....if the 10K is better that expected... ;)

Please explain how the PNCH PPS pretty much is the same open and close if its alleged there is no one buying and also alleged Steve is dumping......

Laughable. His appearances here are sporadic at best. And they occur when he either:

a) wants to relay information to shareholders or
b) cannot delay the necessity of correcting inaccurate and misleading information put forth on this board.
