new rash of protestors too. Got some chaining themselves to an approved pipeline in Delaware Water Gap, 10,000 gathering in D.C. against Keystone. Haven't noticed lately all the protestor blocking R/R and trucking pipes heading to Canada.

3:31 PM Oil shipments on the Seaway pipeline between the U.S. Midwest and Gulf Coast will run significantly below the 400K bbl/day capacity for the "foreseeable future," operator Enterprise Products Partners (EPD +1%) says. The line likely will ship and average of just 295K bbl/day between February and the end of May due to the mix of heavy and light crude flowing down the line
