I've been watching the box and I too think there are shares here being sold…BUT,
I don't think it's as much as everyone thinks, and I don't think it's VNDM. I
think VNDM does some, but not all. Now, we had our former TA send 10 years worth
of transactions to the new TA…he is sorting it and following it through to see
of ANYTHING has slipped by us. Nick wants to get to the bottom of this because
he has big plans. He'll be announcing some soon, and just to give you a hint, I
could easily see the outstanding dropping by another 200 million shares, maybe
250mil, and I could see the company buying shares back in the open market. A lot
of em.
In my opinion I think that somehow a cert for between 10 and 20 million shares
got loose without us knowing it, and several MM's are shorting against those
shares. Since they can get the stock to drop, they can cover lower and not have
to use those shares. As it runs they have to cover with those shares, so to
flush them out all we need to do is buy-in. Once the price comes up higher than
the shares they shorted, they will cover using the ones they have, and
eventually those will run out. Again, this is just a blind guess, but I think
it's realistic. When you short against "the box" it will appear as though you
sell, sell, sell, sell and it is never ending but in reality you cover after
market from another MM and nobody sees the buys…
It all stinks, I agree and sooner it is exposed the better. I don't mind if
bashers uncover something like this because we have nothing to do with it and
I'd rather know now.
