It wasn't AAPT that made people lose money it was Eric. And you sold because of his letter. The stock is up from its low of .008 since the letter so people actually made money from AAPT since then.

Seriously? Have you seen how well AAPT pays the judgements against them? I wouldn't waste my time or money suing a company that just ignores its judgements.. READ the 10Q --some they just expect will go away, others they just ignore. Not worth the effort.

AAPT did EXACTLY what they needed to do following that WEAK attempt to sway shareholders.

Oh yah, it was VERY illegal too. Poor Eric, the guy is going to be behind bars or pay up huge.
