Fact-there was at least one private placement before symbol change involving Chris Clarke

OK, do you have some proof of PP with any of Clarke's companies? If so, which one? I'm just looking for some verification...not attacking your credibility. Any and all posted info here that is declared to be fact must be checked...it is only prodent.
