HIMR now has new management, they are restructured, they have reduced debt, they are reducing shares dramatically, and are in the process of moving to and partnering in some fashion with NorthCal Wood Products who will feed them business from their world-wide customer list. Once we see HIMR's financials, I would guess it likely the restrictions in Canada would be lifted. I also suggest using a full service broker, because I have heard the cheapo brokerage companies sometimes make it difficult to buy pennies. Best of luck with your investments.
