All the 25% subs is under construction and SIAF controls the construction (when they start to produce, SIAF will increase its stake to 75%). SIAF has majority of the BOD in SJAP (the 45% company), but SJAP is a more stand alone company then the rest. The 26% and 50% subs is the same one if you take a closer look.
