I feel certain any bugs tweeks weak points parts that need polish and snafus will have been worked out by now and especially since the company has real money dollars that came in from Kuwait and apparently the rest after that down payment will come early this year too. gotta believe all those that put hard cash money into this when in bk will be rewarded. wish I had just WATCHED it rather than BUY it when MP was about.

if they have the goods, it should start moving someday

No.....

However there is this....

TUCSON, AZ--(Marketwire - September 16, 2010) - CDEX Inc. (OTCBB: CEXI) (www.cdexinc.com) -- We are pleased to announce that Jeff Brumfield has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of CDEX Inc. He brings back to the Company Dr. Wade Poteet as the Chief Science Officer who will be overseeing the development of all new technology, as well as providing oversight of all key employees in the area of research and development. We are also excited to bring back Carey Starzinger. Mr. Starzinger will be providing his expertise in the area of computer science, and Mr. Jim Ryles is back as the chief engineer who will be responsible for the design and final production of all products.

Then that is juxtaposed to what was said in the BK paper work that Ryles was no more than a parts assembler and wiring guy. Ask Crow if he has said paperwork for the exact wording.

You must of course wonder why they would portray him as the chief engineer in the press release above. Was he or wasn't he?

As for Jacques Dupius, who knows, director of accounting, in a company with so few employees and a high paid CFO......???? If he is in linkedin why not ask him?

As for the CCT maybe ask the insider, he is the one who said this, post 39363

"One might find it humorous that with the departure of MP and his lead scientist, and Mr. Brumfield, returning with Dr. Poteet, that the CCT came back to life. Geez, makes one wonder just how good that other Chief was that worked for MP???"

That makes you wonder what exactly was wrong with the CCT. CDEX has had no problem telling the public that it is making money selling propritary cuvettes used by those who have one of the CCT's. If it was "dead" should they not have withdrawn it from service as a matter of safety? At the very least they might have told the users what was wrong.

And why wouldn't you make a pitch for the G4 if a buyer approached you for a machine that is years old and was "failing". You ever been in a car dealership that would rather sell you a used model from several years ago, than a new one? Is the CCT even mentioned anymore on CDEX's WEB site?

All of this reminds me of a very large circle of "statements" made by the inner core person/s over the years that is once again catching up to them. Again I tell the readers that investing in this "company" is just DUMB!
