#3473 RE: VVVVVV #3466

Well, I think that if there was no value in this technology; why then would Microsoft be trying to acquire it and all governments soon be requiring it? With regard to government regulations, that's the way it works. I'm actually a fan of government regulation. Contrary to many beliefs, government regulations forces companies to invest in resources to meet those new regulations. What does the automotive industry do when the government requires new fuel standards?

I think you're correct, the upside potential here is much, much larger than the downside. And yes, Microsoft's similar patent application was rejected. They placed a "Request for Continued Examination" about a 1.5 years ago with no USPTO response since, I don't think that's going anywhere and don't see how it could now that VP owns LI technology.

Yes, MS did pay $8.4 billion for a company that may soon be required to use lawful intercept. The same will go for ALL P2P VOIP companies globally and there are many.

It's a wise and I think good initial reaction for you think this is to good to be true. That's what prompts us to do research and communicate information in places like this, but you must realize that this is real and there is significant value here that will reveal itself. Me personally, I think it'll be very good.

P.S. stop taking drugs, but keep on dreaming! :)
