#24508 RE: Brenum #24505

Questions are a great opportunity for examining the Due Diligence on CTIX.

I'm a sceptic by nature, and there are few BB stocks that I'm willing to buy and hold after examining closely. While I understand the high reward to risk ratio concept, I don't want to risk blindly, or not understand the real risks and realistic reward potential.

It was the welcoming nature of this board to questions and the high quality of due diligence here that made me decide CTIX is an investment I'm willing to make. With risks I'm willing to take, and a potential reward worth holding my attention.

CTIX is a rare gem IMO;

The share structure, very high management ownership, small float, unusually favourable financing terms from Aspire Capital, research and even clinical trials being performed at little cost to Cellceutix, clinical trials active at the prestigious Harvard Cancer Center's Dana-Farber and Beth Israel Deaconess, additional great preclinical results at Beth Israel and the world renown University of Bologna using Kevetrin in combination with existing drugs that have resulted in a Phase 1b clinical trial planned this year and a Phase 2 clinical trial proposed, and that's just Kevetrin, and just a brief summary.

Add the second drug Prurisol skipping Phase 1 and going directly to Proof of Concept trials in support of advanced trials, and we have two potential blockbusters, each alone with a potential value well in excess of the current share price.

With the Aspire Capital financing, we have the prospect of CTIX seeing several clinical trials completed without the usual sort of large dilution and toxic financing that most biotech companies need when entering the clinical stage.

Truly Aspire is Investing in Cellceutix's success, on terms that make it a winner for CTIX shareholders.

And also risk. One or both drugs could fail. So high risk, with potentially very high reward.

So please, ask questions and examine Cellceutix in detail. That's the purpose of this discussion board. We all benefit from the discussion and CTIX really stands up to close scrutiny IMO.
