it is still in the works and they will only announce it when it has been done. if it is no longer in the works they would have announced as soon as they called it off. You don't announce news when there is nothing to annouce, do you? Lol.
I guess there are many processes going on in the background otherwise why would they hire an Operations Manager, and a Facilities Manager? To warm the desks? No, I would think, such people don't like being bored or looking at the walls of an office building.
