"heck, even the naysayers acknowledge that"

Yup...but great products don't make great companies. Its the people/person who manages them. In this case the CEO has done nothing better than a deplorable job..he has set his standards of accomplishment so low its pathetic. Not 1 qtr of even break even in 7+ yrs of existence . Charts , financials and dilution tell you the story .

"all this company needs is an aggressive advertising campaign and some large national accounts"

ALL impossible if you have no money. Being that the cash is burned up and the has been mismanaged my two most visible glaring in your face requirements are

1. Cash and badly. Nothing..absolutely nothing happens without cash. You can't even complete a real job in the restroom without the ability to pay cash for TP.

2. A new CEO. No more free passes for poor results. He was given time...and adequate cash to get the job done...not my opinion.he admitted he had a business plan that had projected measurable results and they were never realized. Its now time to make him accountable for his actions. Time to open the gate to the old put out to pasture pinky ceo's who can sit around and tell their stories (tales) and figure who did it best.

All JMO based on the dilution, financials, shareholder value, 7 yrs of charts, chill and PPS

I have the utmost confidence in our CEO

When you have been as intimately involved with a company and it's CEO as you have been with this one (ie...trip to California, trips to demo the product, making videos etc...) it's often impossible to be objective.

It's not about how good the product is Dave. He could be selling perfect diamonds but if the ability to run a company and market the product is lacking...it's going to fail. It won't matter how many "NA's" they get, it won't matter how much money they get thrown at them, the fundamentals and business knowledge appear to be missing.

Proof is in the unaudited filings, the chart, the lack of sales....need I go on?
