I have been following this company and the technology for over a year, way before it was a pubco. It's real and they have an excellent product in a huge market sector.
Since you've already spoken with him, maybe try connecting with him over linkedin, or find his personal emails and such... to the point that he would get annoyed and will get back to you ;) then let us know what he says ;)
