you've gone from no deals, to a closing date, I dont see talks about American Eagle Operating LLC any more, just the FACT that through our new wholly owned subsidiary AMERICAN EAGLE OPERATING LLC, we are looking to increase our Oil production/ownership by acquiring more leases/companies.

FACTS, you speak of none, and by the way your glass half empty, you have it twisted. You see the glass HALF EMPTY, to where we see the glass half full. and it will continue to fill up when we get our next PR.

READ THE PR"S. Facts have been posted over and over in this forum on how the deal has been closed which has been clearly stated in the Dec 19/12 and Jan 4/13 PR's. Please PROVE that they have not been. Many here have proved the acquisition is closed by what was stated in those PR's.
