so MJNA told us the the truth? Please do not use `MJNA, being a Pink sheet company, is not required to file an 8k.` as an excuse. 8K filing is filing.
Also please do not use double standards for different companies, just because you hold MJNA, not CBIS. That will mislead a lot as a Moderator on CBIS board.
