No idea when we get a ruling. Can't predict that kind of thing. Up to the judge. Maybe we hear something by the end of Feb. but not holding my breath. As for an amount, I think we get the 3.5 of the 20.9% but anymore than that is a gift. Could happen but not counting on more than 3.5% and a spike to around 6 bucks. I guess that is all i wanted from the start. Will be buying once it drops off after the appeals are filed for the next run up. Everything and I do mean everything hinges on the ruling and how much we get. If this turns south it will be a long wait to break even for many here. If I were a contrarian thinker it could be suggested that VRNG will get the short end of the stick. But they did win in trial and since the 3.5 was all that was ever offered i expect that as the outcome. Been a long painful wait as a trader but a relatively short wait as an investor, of which I am both. Good luck, watch the volume it will precede the move up as the news of the ruling leaks out a few minutes before it is announced. Of course it could come after hours and cause a halt the next day. I am ok with that. lol.
