They bought those divisions, in large part, to paint a picture of growth and success for stockholders, plain and simple. I could understand your theory, except that KK and PicMe operate in differing areas than SPS, and upon purchase, a significant amount of money was dumped into those two divisions for training and upgrades to the studios. . .while nothing was invested in SPS. Also, KK and Bella were more recent acquisitions, but PicMe has been owned by CPI since 2007 I believe? Back before this downward spiral really started. . .could be wrong though, who really knows why they did what they did, or do what they do. It is only open to speculation and yes, conspiracy theories at this point.

I dont think so! If anyone isnt doing well its Sears! I don't subscribe to all this nonsense about Sears doing better then PicMe and how PicMe is gonna close all together, etc. PicMe has more foot traffic then Sears ever will.
