They have been there since February 4th.....I just saw them recently as well.

The increase in authorized and common shares was due to the finalization of the minority shares to complete the merger and other financial reasons which was announced in the Feb 6th PR and and the underlying document that needs to be viewed is from the Colorado Secretary of State which was ALSO signed on that date being Feb 4, 2013 the same date as the OTCMarkets.com share structure update.

Isn't it refreshing to see a company that is completely transparent and so quick in updating OTCMarkets.com with share structure. This was done on same day as the Colorado signing. Also to note, this Feb 6 PR was issued the same day this Colorado document became public and posted on their SOS site which was also on Feb 6.
