Doug, read this carefully.

You have stated many times that you want verifiable facts (e.g., published articles and reports) and not hearsay and you thanked others who have taken the time to provide them.

That stated, now it is your turn, your claims must also be verified:

You claim:

1. The company has missed a “soft launch” date
2. The company states that Moto Meters are CURRENLTY in use
3. Talking with Paul Giles/CEO
4. You “know for a fact that Paul Giles is reading these iHub comments”
5. Paul Giles is on iHub making comments
6. The IR department is not answering your calls
7. The company is a scam

Provide the following:

1. Published information supporting your claim
2. Published information where the company claims retail Moto Meters are CURRENTLY in use
3. Verifiable evidence such as voice files, email communications, etc.
4. Verifiable evidence
5. Verifiable evidence
6. See below for a possible explanation
7. Verifiable evidence

Each claim (except #6) requires verifiable info/evidence, otherwise the claims must cease.

Regarding launch of the Moto Meter, from FARE's recent manufacturing press release:

"World Moto, Inc.: World’s First Moto-Meter Set to Begin Manufacturing...The initial manufacturing stage will encompass successful implementation of the automated test facilities that are critical for guaranteeing reliable field operation. Upon satisfactory completion of initial limited production, World Moto will expand the lines and proceed to full commercial manufacture."

Take note: The PR states "Set to Begin" -- not even begun. As I understand, manufacturing can take 6-12 months, depending on tooling, moulds, parts, orders, testing, etc (expert please chime in). I understood the press release to mean that the company successfully completed the trial stage of the Moto Meter (e.g., PR: "World Moto, Inc.: Completes Successful Moto-Meter Public Trials") and since the trial stage is complete and investment funds ($1m) are in place, they consider that they are able to enter the manufacturing stage. Note: delays are normal for huge companies such as Apple, Microsoft, BlackBerry, etc., so it would be foolish not to expect delays with this small startup company.

Regarding your claim that the company states that Moto Meters are currently in use, note their PR:

"World Moto, Inc.: Completes Successful Moto-Meter Public Trials - the “$3 Billion Dollar Idea” Moves Forward"

“World Moto CEO Paul Giles stated 'The successful completion of these trials is a particularly important milestone...'"

The company stated that it is “set to begin” the manufacturing stage and so how can there be retail Moto Meters in current use when they haven't even started manufacturing them? Moreover, if the company was trying to falsely claim they were already selling Moto Meters then why would they spend money to put out a PR about entering the manufacturing stage? Get it? I hope so because this is as simple as it gets. FYI, prototypes or models in various stages of development are used for public trials.

-----

Regarding your claim that IR is not answering your calls: You mentioned speaking with the IR department so I assume you mean they are currently not answering your calls. If this is true, and it’s not a technical issue, then your posts on iHub may be an indication as to why. For example, apart from calling the company a scam, etc., you posted at least one threat on Paul Giles/CEO along with comments about being bipolar and spending time in prison. This is just on iHub, if you have threatened by voice, email, etc., I doubt the company will respond to you and the authorities may be involved. I will call IR on Monday or Tuesday to verify for myself.

-----

Before responding and addressing each claim, please re-read everything until it is fully understood.

It is high time for some basic guidelines to this board such as verifiable on-topic facts, civil comments, etc.

What CEO on the planet personally replies to emails from shareholders?
