Thank you for your post. COBI is a penny stock. Many penny stocks go up based on the potential people see. I have personally been in penny stocks where this has been the case. I have done further research and have made predicaments based on that. Following some time these stocks have increased in PPS to a great degree and the companies have made significant turn- around. Those that have hung on have become very wealthy. "Buy when others are fearful"- Warren Buffet- I still continue to believe COBI has great potential and these levels will not last.
