Ok, I work :) so I had to call afterwards... anyway I did not call FINRA yet, because they want you to do the leg work first basically contacting your Branch Manager and sending a message to Scottrade customer service (we know the routine). So I call my Home Office and it was the same guy as before- so I pretty much let into him in unbelief! I told him not to even give me the FINRA notice story ect, becaue that lie didn't pan out last time. I made it clear that I wanted my shares back into my account in that I gave no notice to do so, nor was I advise letter wise, by phone or any other means that they were doing so! Anyway...... He put me on hold to call his peeps at the desk (5 minutes). He came back and said he was submiting the request to have my share reinstated and that he'd give me a call by next Friday to follow up.

Anyway I'm notating all actions taken and conversations with Scottrade for the submission on my FINRA complaint if the answer is not satifactory come Thursday/Friday. He actually seemed more chilled this time around instead of being on the offensive. His eys seemed more open to the wrong doing vs. stuffinf a BS story down my throat.
