Actually ARR institutional ownership is tiny and most of the funds are index funds that are required to buy it.

How come all those income funds are passing on ARR? The public is clamoring for yields! If you're looking for ultra high yield, ARR--with its gaudy dividend-- isn't exactly a secret.
