I understand that. It is still a matter of just changing dates when only filing shell docs with nothing new to report. I am not saying there is something else going on because I do not know.... I do work in a legal dept and I know what it takes to ready up the papers...it may be just simply that or they may have changed because this is the firm that will be handling a possible new company and they will already be in place....
