I see alot of pinksheets companies get halt because they dont adhere with SEC rule and regulation. and otc market.

Which bring me attention to our NVAE that SEC cant halt our stock because NVAE complied with Sec and otc market rule and regulation. This is a very good things that NVAE gets almost everything up to date with the filing, except atty letter and 8k or S1.
