Actually he's a sharper tool than I thought...he sold 440,000 at 0.0081 and is now trying to pickup 570,000 on bid 0.0076 with the profit he just made...he's accumulating, albeit in sleazy manner...but if seller feed him at bid (CSTI), what can you do?
