There is a reason GDSM put the date of January 2012 on those documents. They easily could have signed new documents with a much more current date. They did not.

You have no proof the share structure didn't change in 2012. None.

This is the company that hoodwinked shareholders into believing major "testing" was happening and all that was really going on was surface dirt testing of soil in 5 gallon buckets. And the document proving that was dismissed as "unverified" for months by many "GDSM faithful" even though it contained a AZ state time stamp, etc. And a simple phone call would have confirmed its authenticity. Basically, the truth was purposefully trying to be hidden.

That isn't going to work this time. No sleight of hand anymore.
