Lets stick to the issues. Coca Cola, really? They spend a small fraction on promo and a much bigger percentage on marketing, R&D for new products etc. VRS has spent/committed over $1 million recently for pure promo and not one cent on R&D or marketing to help their distributors. It really appears that this company has no interest in helping its distributors sell, developing products, or otherwise building the share value other than to atrificially inflate the share price through promo.
