Yes you are correct, but nokia, vrng owns the towers and the relay, switcing network that all 4g and lte uses, vrng cannot sue telcoms, but they could sue all others, ie vhc. i dont think they will i think vhc will license the use of the repeating stations. if and when vringo decide how to go forward on the patents. their hands are tied as per the nokia agreement so they cannot sue, apple, and other telcom companies. i could be wrong but that is what i see in the patents they hold.
