Not sure about World Moto but my experience over years has showed me that companies are much further ahead in their business plans than their press releases would indicate. When the Thai gov't has made their decision on how to regulate the moto taxi industry it is in the companies best interest to be ready to fill that order and not have the Thai gov't wait 2-3 months for production. Don't forget, to have something passed in gov't doesn't take as long as it does in North America. If there is money to be made it's implented as soon as possible in Asian countries. I live in the Philippines and the nonsense that goes on in gov't over here is just shocking. The level of corruption in this part of the world pales in comparison the the US OR CANADA. My 2 cents worth.
