Same here. I just don't and can't understand why he can't make himself somewhat available. I understand he stepped into this mess but he has to also step up. The only reason I could see a lawyer putting a gag on him is if they are trying to rid him of this burden and return the stock to Lance. Why else couldn't he come out and say that he is the CEO and he is going to turn this around in some form or fashion. He doesn't have to claim to be the smartest guy in the room or even have a game plan right now. Just some actual communication of some form or fashion. PR's help.
