You are acctually missing what sort of company this is. I guess you will find some pertinent information on the website. SIAF has some partners that pay for the buildings and all the other "hardware". As far as I remenber SIAF retains 25 % for its consulting services. Later it has to buy its share from those partners. SIAF manages the fish farms and the cattle farms etc. and can use its pay for that to buy and increased stake in these farms up to 75%. After a few years SIAF will therefore own 75 % of these farms.
