I doubt they would be starting the new production facility if they were not confident they could complete tox this year. No sense completing a new facility and then just letting it sit idle along with the expense to maintain it. I suppose there there may be some transition time in there after construction is complete to get moved and get the facility up and running during which tox could be completed and still not impact the timeline for human trials. But it certainly sounds like the intention is to have it completed this year.
