That is clearly the case, as new buyers are coming in daily, allowing the stock to appreciate to new, unseen highs. The sheer amount of volume, with an emphasis on buys as opposed to sells, may indicate an even bigger, and better, deal than what we all anticipated. In my mind, this acquisition is already signed, sealed, and delivered. 10-30 cents per share next week wouldn't surprise me.
