I respect your decision to sell. Not taking big losses gives you a chance to invest in other stocks. I have been here since July and participated in the last run up. I am still expecting great things from this stock. My hope is the gold will be found and delivered to the shareholders. It has not been the easiest place to be the last several months waiting for that PR that is coming soon. On the other hand, I am convinced it is coming, and one day soon, I will understand what has gone on for the last several months and respect this company all the more. Time will tell. My investment is still in play. My very best to you, GO HLNT, Jim

ROFLMAO...take a dump?? UP over 700% in the last year and that's taking a dump??

What's negative about a court case where the person who was going to sue the pants off of Highline folded and settled instead of stepping foot in a court room?!!?!?

Walters also wanted a stipulation to where Highline couldn't sue his butt for attorney fees and court costs. What's that tell you??

Here's the actual facts Floydborga.

Despite what some would like you to believe.

HLNT's pps was .024 on 9-19-2012
HLNT's pps is now .009 and falling

Either party in the HALT v Walters case could have refused to settle out of court and go to trial. HLNT claimed they owed Walters nothing and were ready to go to court. All talk.

What did happen is that as HLNT was stating the above nonsense they were tryin ta settle with Walters an avoid a jury trial at all costs. They decided to pay Walters and avoid court as they always do.

Bottom line. HLNT paid off Walters per his demand to avoid a jury trial and agreed to settle.

Walters agreed to accept HLNT's payoff and while getting paid avoid attorney cost associated with a jury trial.

WALTERS RECEIVE MONEY.
HLNT PAID WALTERS.
WALTERS GOT ALL HE CLAIMED HE WAS OWED.
HLNT FOLDED AND PAID HIM DESPITE ALL THEIR bs BRAVADO CLAIMS.

WALTERS WINS BY KNOCKOUT.

NOW IT'S HUMPHRIES TURN.

PAY ATTENTION TO ALL THE CLAIMS NOW AND COMPARE THEM WITH WHAT'S CLAIMED AFTER HUMPHRIES ALSO GETS PAID OFF.

Shareholders lose and HLNT insiders keep dishin out shares to avoid the death blow that would come in court. HLNT has never showed up in court for a trial despite their BS talk. Any shareholder considerin action should pay close attention to these events.
