fast AAMRQ math :
Ok I provide you now fast math for the inner value of AAMRQ!!!

Parts : 70/30 AMR/LCC

Value 11 bill$

AMR 7,5 bil$
LCC 3,5 bil$

AMR debt-cash= -6 bil$
LCC debt-cash= -2,4bil$


for the new amrlcc holding we will take 30%amr debt, 70%lcc debt!

means : 1,8 bil$ debt for amr and 1,8 bil$ for lcc

after ajdustments:

amr value : 7,5-(6-1,8)=3,3 bil$$$
lcc value ; 3,5-(2,4-1,8)=2,9 bil$$$ ( oh wonder LCC is trading on these levels)

so if you consider this, lcc shares will not get as much as any thought and AMR will get more than any thought, even if u diluate the 1,5 bil$ yearly loss of AMR!!!

No matter what the outcome here..personal experience dictates that's as good as it gets here for AAMR shareholders... I'm now long gone ...they can work out all the details they want
