I suspect you would agree that the price per share will begin to move up on volume as we get to the middle of next week. If this does not occur then there is no settlement or ruling to be had. Just as you seemingly have some info as to what is coming so do others and they will broadcast this by buying shares, increasing volume and pushing up the PPS. Good luck to all, joe
