TS Ameritrade did the same thing to ERBB weeks after the chill was taken off. I called and threatened to report them to the SEC. They blocked the sale of millions of shares.
I called every trading house and not ONE other could even confirm that there was a new chill on. There wasn't. TD was short. Enough people called and they reversed 2 days later.
I spoke with TD about the chill on MJNA and they said they have received thousands of angry calls from clients furious about the restriction. Rep said ETrade has thousands of their customers now.
