Pay the penalty

Disgorgement
Issue an Order directing all Defendants to disgorge all ill-gotten gains, including
prejudgment interest, resulting from the acts or courses of conduct alleged in this
Complaint.

Section 20(d) of the Securities Act, 15 U.S.C. § 77t(d); and Section 21(d) of the
Exchange Act, 15 U.S.C. § 78( d)(3).

Issue an Order barring Cotton from participating in any offering of penny stock,
pursuant to Section 20(g) of the Securities Act, 15 U.S.C. § 77t(g), and Section 21(d) of
the Exchange Act, 15 U.S.C. § 78u(d), for the violations alleged in this Complaint.

lucky- The things the SEC want, are exactly what most longs hope will happen in the future anyway. We're at a crossroads here with CWRN. We all want Bob to pay his penalty and put it BEHIND him. He'll be watched more closely under threat of harsher treatment if he strays.

Now look at the net effect of all you list from the SEC.
If I'm not mistaken, the actual amount of "ill gotten gain" was not a large amount. (correct me if I'm wrong) Therefore the amount paid even with interest should be relatively easy to handle.

Saying he can't break the same laws again helps us if he follows through.

If they have been mining like the pictures have shown, he won't ever have to sell shares again. That also helps us if he follows through.

For others to say Bob can't mine. Regardless of who owns what they are stockpiling material. The quality and amount will be determined, but there is a fair amount there. Just how good of a job he has done is yet to be seen but he has achieved working mine status. Hell even if it's a scam I'd give him credit for getting the mine going. However unlike many scam companies there is a product. What percentage we as share holders own will be proven. Finding out these things is not only what we want but what we deserve.
