December quarter financials have been published (even filed with SEC through 8K not 10Q)

they were due by this Friday and filed a week early!

Annual report is due End September (FY ends Jun 30th 2103 + 90 days)

I am concerned he int filing them with OTCMarkets - perhaps he cant afford the $4200 fee?
