I'm sure he knows the options. I even posted on the subject a few weeks ago. Returning the shares would probably result in an A/S increase to 3 billion. I believe there are about 300 mil that were converted. With TA cooperation, I assume this would be an easy process.

If I called the shots, I would return the shares after increasing the A/S and then buy back shares and retire them. Simple.
