yes, it's about lives and $$$ losses, not some noses tweaked out of joint and trying to salvage their organization, when it was suppose to be only 10% or less of their customer base. They can still push their way onto commercial customers. But by DLA nixing it, instead of handing them the blue ribbon, they can't pass the costs of their "testing" onto the taxpayer to reduce the average cost to commercial customers. Nothing but one big blackmail scheme to get taxpayers to pay for the facilities, equipment, and more studies.
