I am done looking. There is no connection that I can find.

All the promising due diligence relies on the Powell Group buying SPHE but they didn't they just bought the Canadian subsidiary which appears to be doing well.

Unfortunately, that does nothing for SPHE. Depending on the liabilities if any in SPHE it could live again but things are pretty slow in the shell GE these days.
